  Is it possible to provide translation “on the fly” button or image (such as a country flag) to give readers of that country a way to simply click on the image-flag and have the post presented in his/her language

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can use the iTools.com Google Translate Web tool to whatever language you wish, and then copy the URL after the translation and use that in a text link, or link an image to it in a text widget.
