  We will be using English and a number of languages in Africa such as Luo and Swalili, but I did not see either in the language list.
  Is it posible to add these languages to the list or will we have to use only English?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At this time it does not appear WordPress.com has any translators for those languages.

  You are welcome to create sites and post blogs in those languages, but you will need to use either English or another one of our supported languages for the interface itself.
