Large amount of unused space at end of blog article

How can I reduce the amount of space between the end of the article and the menu bar at the bottom of the blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looks like your post just has empty line. You can simply hit backspace (or delete) key to delete the lines you don’t want.

If you’re copying your posts from another offline editor look into the formatting options for microsoft word and plain text which should stop you introducing all the extra bits you don’t need.
