larger font and boldness for tagline

  Using Uolipo.

  The tagline is there but smaller and fainter than I would like.
  I can see how to get from settings to change tagline.
  That doesn’t tell anything about font and boldness.
  Looking for a way to do that for my tagline.

  Size and style of elements other than the content of posts, pages and text widgets cannot be changed without the paid CSS upgrade.
