Larger Header and more

    Hello, I would like to change theme of my blog. I am hesitating to just change it to wordpress.com or to actually go to wordpress.org and have more liberty about the theme. I am scared to do the change to .org, because i dont want to lose my followers and it seems a bit complicated and $$$. For example, right now with my theme i would like to have the Picture Header larger and bigger. How can I do that? What are the advantage to go to .org,? with .com could i still change the size of a Header if i change theme? any body I can hire to make the change for me, for not too costly?

    If the change you wish to make is to enlarge your header, my recommendation would be to stay here at WordPress.com and add the Custom Design upgrade to your site. Then, we can assist you with the code needed to make an adjustment to your header size. If you would like more information about Custom Design, please read below:

    You are also welcome to look through the available themes at WordPress.com and see if there is a theme/header you like better. Many of our free and premium themes have large, eye-catching headers.
