Larger photo on Click

  Hi all,
  I used to be able to add a photo to a post, then if someone clicked on the photo they would get a larger version opening on a different page.
  It no longer works.
  What do I need to do to make it work again?

  Any suggestions on this? Did something change with how wordpress treats media that I missed?
