Larger plan

    Hi there,

    I’m working on a client’s page and need some help. First off, I’d like to have a lot more flexibility and options to create the site (I believe I’m on a free plan right now). I usually use squarespace so I think I’m just a bit out of touch with WordPress. Second, I can’t seem to change the color of the top bar, but that may be because I’m on the free plan. Thanks!

    Howdy there!

    It definitely looks like you’re on the free plan. When you upgrade you can remove the .wordpress.com part of the url.

    Also, does the layout of the website fit what you’re looking for as a whole or are you just trying to change the top banner color? If you have the theme you like, go to your Appearance tab -> Customize -> then Colors. It looks like the one you’re trying to change would be the header color.
