Please provide a couple of usernames of those who did not receive it. Then also post a couple of email addresses for those without username accounts that did not receive it and I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
NOTE: When you post email addresses here in the forum thread the software will redact them ie. HIDE them so only Staff can see them.

Hi there,
I checked our system, and we sent an email update to all three of those email addresses for your latest blog post. Can you ask them to check their Spam/Junk folder and, for those who use Gmail, to check their Social and Promotions tabs?
If they still can’t find the email there, please let me know.

Thank you for getting back to me – but in the meantime I fixed the problem. It wasn’t only those 3 people – it was ALL the followers who did not receive the post on that day. I was just giving an example for you to check. Thanks again,
