Last two posts invisible on my main page, with blank space where they should be.
-
My home page has a large blank space at the top. The two latest posts are invisible, and the font is much smaller than usual. The posts look fine when viewed via the page links rather than the home page. I’ve deleted the cache and cookies and it hasn’t changed. Any help appreciated!

Hi,
What browser and version are you using?
Can you take a screenshot of your entire browser window that displays what you’re seeing for your blog, and upload it into your Media Library?

I’m using IE 9. The problem actually started after I accidentally scheduled a post for a time that had already passed, and it published an incomplete post, which I deleted. After that three posts were–and still are–affected.
I tried changing the theme, and that has helped a bit. New posts now appear in the correct place. however, the three strange posts (all posted/scheduled on the same day) appear in the right-hand margin as very long thin columns.
I’ll upload the screenshot right now.
Thanks for your help!

That’s not a browser issue. There’s bad code in the post “The Uninvited Guests by Sadie Jones”. Copy the book-cover image to your computer, then edit the post, delete the inserted image, upload/insert the one from your computer.

That’s great, thank you. I did think it had to be something about a particular post but couldn’t figure out what. I’ll try out your suggestions later today. Thanks again.
