Late fees

  • Unknown's avatar

I have a late fee for my account as I didn’t pay for the renewal on time. Although I was informed that my domain will expire I didn’t get informed or warmed that will get a late fee for $80 if I want to renew later.

I had some issues with my credit card at the time, and just thought that would pay later when my new card arrives.

Please let me know if anything can be done here and will opt for automatic renewal next year.

    Many thanks

  • Your domain olivgreen.com expired on January 30. Before it expired, we sent email warnings and displayed notifications on your dashboard.

Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about expired domains here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

The good news is that you can still recover your domain, as it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal.

You can renew this domain and manage all your other upgrades under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.
