Late payment question

Hello, I have a client over two years with WordPress and, but I have a late payment due to some problems. My system is been down since the 9th of September because I didn’t make the payment. Now I’m ready to make the payment for the yearly subscription but I would like to know if my files are still saved or they have been deleted by the WordPress?

Hello, I have been a client over two years with WordPress and, I have a late payment because I had some problems. Now I’m ready to make the payment for the yearly subscription, but I would like to know if my files are still saved or they have been deleted by the WordPress because it has been more than 30 days that I haven’t made the payment or it is saved and as soon as I make the payment everything will up and running with nothing lost .

I’m showing the payment was made for the WordPress.com eCommerce subscription on 2022-09-09 and a refund was requested on 2022-11-09.
When the plan was refunded, it also cancelled the eCommerce upgrades:
– Custom plugins, themes and custom code you had installed as well as any premium features not available in the lower level plan will be removed.
– Your site will return to the way it looked before you installed the first plugin, theme or custom code.
You should repurchase the plan, then contact WordPress.com support through live chat and they can check to see if we still have a backup of your site. You can contact them here after you repurchase the eCommerce plan:
