Late renewal fee query

  Dear WordPress Support:

  My records show I was debited the sum of the renewal of the annual domain mapping, registration and privacy fees this month on the day they were due. I have received no email communications regarding an impending outstanding sum, and even though the fee was paid on the due date, my wordpress site is down with no (functioning) redirect. There is a notice on my dashboard informing me of a further $106.00 outstanding to renew my domain name.

  I understand the purpose of a late renewal fee, but I received no email warnings and it seems as though I’m being charged my annual fees twice on top of the late renewal fee.

  Any advice or explanation you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
