Late renewal of domain name

    My domain name expired and I didn’t renew it. I read on the support page I still might be able to do but pay a late fee of $80. I would like to do that, so it said I should contact you.

    Hi there,

    The domain urban-abbey.org expired on Nov 4, 2012 and is currently in redemption. This means that the domain is deactivated, but has not yet been fully released. During this time, you can still renew this domain, but the process is more complicated than a regular renewal.

    I just want to confirm that this is the correct domain, and that you understand that the full price is $98, which includes the $18 for the domain and mapping and the $80 registrar fee.

    If this is all correct, I’ll work with the registrar to try to get this back.
