Late to renew my domain

    Hi! I missed the deadline to renew my domain (jayneezie.com) and I would really like to get it back to start working on it again. Is there any way I can do that? I do not want to lose that website domain. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    The domain, jayneezie.com, only expired two days ago. We have a 42-day grace period on WordPress.com during which you can renew an expired domain, and the domain will only be removed from the account once it is through the redemption phase which only ends another 30 days after the grace period. So there is still plenty of time left to renew this domain before you run any risk of losing it.

    However, only the account that owns a domain can renew it, and the janellfa account you’re using to post here is not the owner of that domain.

    Log out of this account and log in as the account you used to buy that domain, and you’ll be able to renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
