  Hello I want to change the theme of my blog and I would like to put a widget in lateral bar but there is only the option “main column” which is at the bottom of my blog, and I saw that there were This “Your theme has 3 other widget areas but this particular page does not show them.” If anyone can help me please

  What theme are you looking to change to? I see that you are currently using Sela. Is this the theme that you plan to use or are you looking to change it?

  You can add widgets using the customizer menu.

  In the Sela theme there are a few areas that are designated for widgets. Depending on if your Front Page Displays a static front page or your latest posts.

  Using the default, there is a Main Sidebar widget area (you can add as many widgets down the right side as you like), I see you currently have a follow button on yours. And there are also three footer widget areas.
