Latest blog post not showing up on WP Reader

  Hello, I recently posted an article and it is not showing up on the WP reader. When I went to the Manage Sites option it showed that I am still following my blog, the updated status shows “updated 5 days ago” even though i updated it 30 minutes ago. the blog post is appearing on my page when i google my url but not in the above circumstances.
