Latest blog post's titles?

  Hello,

  I believe this is my first post on WordPress forum. :)

  I have a blog in my website in a sub-directory named blog. What I want to do is, I want to add titles of latest posts on my forum to the homepage in the root directory.
  In example, my website is http://www.domain.com and my blog is on http://www.domain.com/blog/
  I need to get the titles of the last 5 post’s from http://www.domain.com/blog/ and put on my homepage. So visitors can access the blog posts faster without accessing the blog folder.

  I’ve Googled and also searched through the forum. But there was 0 luck. :( Maybe my search terms were incorrect. If there are some posts relevant to my question, please be kind enough to redirect me there.
  I just found this thread and it shows me the whole post instead of titles. That’s not what I expect.
