  I was just wondering how it they determine what blogs are shown on the “latest blogs” list? Just my curiosity as it seems that they don’t change very often.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Time, I am talking about the list you find in “my dashboard” at the bottom of the page under What’s Hot.

  Like I said I was just curious and didn’t know if there was a specific set of circumstances that applied here. Being fairly new yet I pay attention to the little things perhaps more than those who have been around a long time simply because I am learning all the quirks of this site.

  Ahhh … now I know what you mean. That’s simply a display that’s initiated by date/timestamps. Frankly, I find it to be useless and would like to see it removed completely.

  The latest blogs are literally exactly that; the latest blog posts once you open your Dashboard. They won’t change until you refresh the Dashboard page. Sometimes you’ll see one blog posting constantly for awhile; this just means they’re importing old posts from somewhere else, generally speaking.
