Latest entries going to bottom of the page
-
I have just started a blog, and was wondering if it is possible to have the latest entry to go to the bottom of the page rather than the top of the page. To clarify, my first entry of my blog is called ‘Intro’ so I want this to always appear on the front page at the top of the page, and the next post I write, I would like it to go underneath the intro.
I have scanned through all the options on my dashboard, but cannot find a way to do this.
Thanks in advance. -
you have to manually edit the timestamp of each post you write if you want it this way.
maybe you want to have a static page instead of a static post.

Thanks for the advice. That gives me the control I need. But It has given me a new problem.
I cant seem to get my homepage to link to the next page that I have created. I have tried various combinations using the parent function. I must be doing something wrong. I did briefly get a link to page 2 of my blog but I can no longer get it to appear. Is there a step by step guide for idiots? -
well the faq showed the steps pretty thoroughly. you’ve followed the steps there, yes? where is your wp.com please?

Give us the whole URL starting with http and don’t put it in parenthesis. That makes it easier to check out.

I have resolved the problem. I had looked in the faq’s but could not find a guide. So I just did a search in the faq’s and found the help I needed there.
Thanks for the help.
