Latest post doesn’t appear on home page

Before publishing a blog post, the status section used to have an option that says something like “Publish/show front page.”
But now, that option is gone. It only says “Pending review.”
Now, I can’t see my recent blog posts on my home page. They show in recent posts but not on the home page.
It’s very frustrating.

I visited your blog and noticed that your latest posts aren’t on the top as they should. I did spot the latest posts in November 2017 section.
I realised you have marked all of the posts as featured posts (aka sticky posts). Please read the link below:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-postsThe option you mentioned doesn’t appear must be “Stick to the Front Page”. I am assuming that you have exceeded limit of sticky posts and so the option isn’t available.
All the sticky posts appear on the top and then the normal posts are listed (in order newest to oldest). This is why your latest posts are pushed at the end.I would suggest you to edit other posts and disable “Stick to the Front Page” option. All your latest posts will appear on Homepage from newest to oldest.

There is an update about the “Stick to the Front Page” option missing. A staff stated in one of the threads on forum
Looks like this is in WordPress.com/post – I can see there’s a report of a missing sticky button here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/18217
We’ll let you know when that’s fixed. :)

So, it is known issue. Once the bug is fixed, you can add those as sticky posts and they will appear on top.
Or you can go by my previous tedious suggestion of disabling all the sticky post.
