latest post is not shown on front page

  I want my latest post to show on the front page. please advise on settings

  I also see this one above it https://indiaenvirolegal.wordpress.com/2015/02/11/weak-legislation-weaker-monitoring-and-weakestenforcement-review-of-hlc-report-part-1/ and it would not be appearing there if you edited that post and removed the sticky post designation from it.

  Go to > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts

  and hover over the post title
  Leave a comment
  Weak (legislation), weaker (monitoring) and weakest(enforcement) – Review of HLC Report Part 1 and click Edit. Then remove the sticky post designation and click Update.
