Latest post not showing on home page

I just posted a new post that is published, but not showing on the home page. The site is http://bladeronner.com. The post that shows at the top is from a few days ago. But, if you look at “most recent posts” on the left, you’ll see the most current post (“This is how you tell a story.”) Is this just a propagation issue? This has never happened before.

If I look at your blog I see your latest post (“This is how you tell a story”) on top of the page.
Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?

When I visited your site the “This is how you…” was not at the top of the front page and I had never visited your site – a reload seemed to show the latest post – but sort of strange.
