Hi @torbjornborge,
Karuna has a special design in place when you set a static front page. You can see this design on the theme’s design site and it includes a listing of some of your latest posts:
https://karunademo.wordpress.com/
If you don’t wish to display your latest posts on your front page at all, then there’s a couple of options for you:
- You could consider a different theme from our repository. Shoreditch and Gateway are examples of themes with large custom headers, like Karuna, but that don’t include recent posts on a static front page by default.
- If you upgrade to WordPress.com Premium or Business then you could make use of some custom CSS to hide the recent posts from Karuna’s front page.
Let me know if that information helps out or if you have any extra questions.
