Latest posts not at top of page

    So an hour or two ago (it’s not a little past 4pm Eastern time) my newest blog posts started not showing up at the top of the page on my blog. They now are posting at the bottom of the page which makes no sense. It may correspond with the changes that I noticed (the top toolbar on WordPress.com changed it’s format). Does anybody know how to fix this. There’s nothing you can do in settings that changes it back so latest posts show at the top of your blog’s homepage.
