Latest website page version not showing up on desktop.

I have run into a strange technical issue. I outsourced the creation of a Blog page for my website to someone I have had work on my site before. At first, they used the WP Blog Template but due to some issues, I had them start from scratch using elemantor. They created the page as I asked and it appears properly on my smartphone and tablet but both on my Mac and PC it is not showing up as the latest version. I have logged in and out, cleared the cache, rebooted the computer, visited the site as a viewer and an editor, but on my end, it still is not coming up as the latest version. The developer I worked with sent me a video of his screen and it looks all fine on that end, and as mentioned is showing up fine on my smartphone and tablet. The other odd thing is htat there are 4 blog posts that I had him create pages for and none of these pages are appearing in the WP dashboard pages tab either. We are both a bit dumbfounded as to what is going on if anyone could please advise on how to correct the issue it would be greatly appreciated!

What’s the website you’re having trouble with?
Is it self-hosted (via wordpress.org)? Or hosted by wordpress.com?
If it’s self-hosted, then repost it here because this is for only for wordpress.com hosted websites.
