LaTeX is not formatting correctly on blog

  I am trying to get LaTeX to display correctly and for some reason, it just won’t do it. I do not have any LaTeX plugins installed but read that it is native to WordPress and I didn’t need any plugins.   Keep in mind, I don’t know LaTeX. This is for a client. Why is this not displaying correctly?
