LaTeX Won't Parse Fractions

  Hello, I am trying to post LaTeX on my personal blog. Specifically, I am trying to input a fraction and it keeps returning a parse error. Here’s the code I’m using:

  $latex {T_{°F} – 32 over 1.80} $

  Does anyone know what is going on?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  try:

  $latex {T_{^{circ}F} - 32 over 1.80} $

  in latex the temperature symbol is

  ^{circ}
