Humor helps to keep a positive, optimistic outlook through difficult situations, disappointments, and loss. So spend time with fun, playful people, bring humor into conversations, smiling is the beginning of laughter. Like laughter, it’s contagious. So, why wait keep smiling keep laughing and stay fit.
