  I want to launch bipolarseasonscom/wordpress.com and redirect from godaddy however, the system is asking for a premium. please assist with launching a free of charge site bipolarseasonscom/wordpress.com

  Hi, you should have an option to skip the paid domain, or you’d be welcome to simply set the site to public here:
  https://wordpress.com/settings

  The redirect from GoDaddy will only be a redirect, though. If you want mapping you’ll need a paid plan.
