Launch Effect theme

  I would like to apply the ‘Launch Effect theme’ https://www.launcheffectapp.com/download/ to my wordpress.
  According to the installations instructotions, I need to ‘In your WordPress admin, go to Appearance > Themes. On that screen, click the tab that says, ‘Install Themes’. In the menu directly below the tab, click ‘Upload’. Upload the ZIP folder.’
  However, I cannot find the menu bar ‘appearence’ in my wordpress admin??? How can I install this new theme and upload the ZIP folder?

  Welcome to WordPress.com :)

  Uploading a third-party or custom theme is only possible on self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software.

  Here is a helpful guide on the different between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:

  WordPress.com have plenty of other theme options that might work well for you. There are 380 themes available!

  To view these themes go to the Theme Showcase or My Sites → Themes menu option in your site’s dashboard.
