  I’m attempting to launch my blog, which is supposed to be free, but all the options show only paid selections. How do I launch a first new free account

  If you’ve already created a free address and just need to launch it then click on “skip purchase” next to your free address which will be below the two paid-for options. Then click on “continue with free” on the next page.
