launch site issue

On a wordpress hosted blog, I click ‘launch site’ and it takes me to blank window where it loads for a few seconds and then nothing
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are referring to a different WordPressdotcom website, please try the following:
WordPressdotcom sent you an email to verify your email address as a part of setting up your site. Did you confirm that email?
If you have already verified your email address, try launching your site from My Sites>Settings
If that still doesn’t work, please try logging in with a different browser to launch your site.
If that still doesn’t work, please reply here and let us know if you are receiving an error message and what that is.

Sorry for the inconvenience, there seems to be a problem with the “Launch site” button while creating a new site and the Staff is aware of it, it will be fixed soon.
Meanwhile, you can use the option to mark your site public using the following option:
Settings> My Sites > Privacy
In Privacy tab mark your site to be “Public”.

I have tested the issue by creating a new site and found it seems the problem.Hope this helps.
