Launch Site Prompts me to start a new one.

  Hi,
  When I try to click Launch Site, it takes me to a page that leads me to create a new site. I’ve tried different browsers and still can’t get it to launch the site I’ve made. What should I do?

  Hi there,

  I see that you have a few sites that have not launched yet. Which one are you trying to launch? Also, where are you going to try to launch the site?

  From the home page of the dashboard?

  

  Or from Manage > Settings?

  

  I would try to launch the site from Manage > Settings if you are having trouble and haven’t tried to launch from there yet.
