Launched/noticed error/edited site/can't relaunch

    Please help.

    I launched my website and then, of course, noticed an error. I went back to ‘edit my homepage’ in WordPress, made the changes, but then did not have the option to launch my edited site …

    Then instead of my actual website name coming up, the WordPress website comes up when I try typing my site name in a search engine.

    I just changed my status to “coming soon” in hopes that the wrong website won’t be viewed. I simply want to launch my updated site but I can’t figure out how…

    Hi,

    once you launch the site, it will be public. You can still modify the content at any moment but you will not need to launch it again, instead, you will just click on Update on the page/post.

    As for your custom domain, it is not set up as your primary address. Go to My Site>Manage>Domains and click on Change Primary.

    Also, remember that with your plan you can access support directly via https://wordpress.com/help/contact. That way you can get help faster.
