Launching a Free wordpress blog

  I wish to ask if i can’t launch a free wordpress blog. I created one but it’s said i have to launch it and it requires funds but why so? When i actually created a free blog to upgrade later

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  After clicking the “Launch site” button make sure that you leave blank the field at the top that says “Enter a name or keyword”. Instead just click on “skip purchase” at the bottom right next to your new free address.
