Launching free website

  I have completed pages for new website with wordpress.com
  However I don’ see how to make it visible on web capehistorycoalition.wordpress.com as I did in the past for other sites? Is there no longer a free version to use?

  You just need to launch your site. Click “skip purchase” to the right of your free address and then “continue with free” on the next page.
