Launching my blog without paying any.

    Hi, I would like to launch my site with wordpress.com domain that is free. But for some reason, it keeps me asking to choose any plans. Is there anyway to publish my site without choosing another domain?

    Hi there,

    “Free” sites on WordPress.com have a “wordpress.com” address by default. The only way to change that is to add one of our WordPress.com upgrade plans.

    To clarify, all our plans include a free domain (for the first year) if you do not already have one. However it is not possible to set a custom address for your site without a domain, so you will need to at least consider the WordPress.com Personal Plan if you would like your site to have a custom address.
