Launching my site

  Please advise on how to launch my site. When I’m logged in I see a completely different site that I have chosen and put my posts on then when I go to the actual address by typing it in the address bar. Help, please

  i can not even set up a domain name. There’s no way to continue. I’ve been messing with your site for hours and am furious.
