Launching new blog

  I have had a paid website for a long time using weschoc.com and I recently purchased a new blog site using weschoc.blog but I’m not able to launch this blog site. Can you find out what I am doing incorrectly? Or, help me launch what I have in place?

  https://weschoc.blog belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  If you don’t recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  It appears I can go to either site. I just want to know how to launch the blog site. I need specific instruction on how to go to wherever I need to go. Please help.

  You’ll need to be logged in to the correct account first.

  The account you are currently logged in to does not have access to control https://weschoc.blog

  I have successfully logged into both my .com and my .blog sites. I’ve made sure the blog site is tagged as “public”. I am trying to find a way to launch the blog site and I can’t find it. I can edit either my .com site or my .blog site (create new posts, edit formats, etc. on both). I can not figure out why I cannot launch the .blog site.

  I am David R. Davis. I was attempting to assist my friend Wes Choc to set up a WordPress blog site. He received an e-mail response from you saying that his domain name, weschoc.blog was owned by @desertwriter2019. I just looked at my WordPress sites and it indeed does show that it is mine. I have no idea how that happened. Wes purchased that domain name, not me, he paid for it not me.

  That said, now what can I or he do so that this gets resolved and he can continue to build his blog site. What needs to happen so that the domain name is under the control of the rightful owner, Wes Choc.

  The domain is definitely owned by you, you’ll find it under https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  You can transfer ownership of the site and the attached domain by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
