Launching new blog not publicly connected to my primary blog.

  I want to open an account as another user name so that I can keep my initial account anonymous and unconnected to the new blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just log out of your current account, go to the WordPress.com login screen and pick the option to register a new account and create a new blog. Note that you’ll need to have a different email address for the second account as we can only have one account per email.
