Launching Site Issue

    Hello,

    I have finished designing my website and I own the domain name which is active on wordpress. When it comes time to select the domain I wish to use I select the one I own and it changes to “unavailable” with the statement that the domain is already registered on the site. Obviously it is because I own it and I registered it. I got the automated prompt about how to transfer the domain to the website designed however that prompt tells me to do something that does not exist when I follow the path.

    If anyone has an idea on how to remedy this situation that would be great.
