  I am confused on how to actually launch my blog, so it can be seen when someone goes to the site. I can not find a launch button. Please help.

  It looks like you’re using the installation of WordPress on a self hosted site. For help with this version of WordPress you’ll want to post at https://wordpress.org/support/ as we do not have any access to the site or account.
