Launching website

Each time I attempt to launch my portfolio website, jackeble.wordpress.com, it says it’s no longer available as it ‘has been archived or suspended in accordance with our Terms of Service.’ When I try and find more information from a ‘message’ in my dashboard, no message appears. I do not understand why I continue to have this problem when attempting to launch my site.

I had a look and everything seems to be correct on your site. Could you, please log out and log into your account and try to launch the site again?
