Launching WordPress Site on another website

Hi,
I’m developping an new website for a member of my family.
So I created a free account to test my website before replacing the old one with the new one.
But I can’t work on it because it uses too many ressources for a free account.
So I tried to move my new website in a folder of the old one but I can’t launch it. I don’t know what to do because I didn’t create the old one (which is created with symfony).
I placed the folder in the www folder but I don’t what to enter in the url to launch my wordpress site and not the other one :/
If someone can help me it could save my day haha. -

I can see you are talking about a self hosted WordPress.org site (local install) rather than a WordPress.com site. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:
