    Hi, @chokjevon,

Are you talking about the way some of your paragraphs are larger than others? It appears that you’ve set those paragraphs as headings. If you go to your editor and click inside the text on one of those paragraphs, you’ll see “Heading ” and a number at the top of the editor. Click that and select “Paragraph”. Do that for all the larger paragraphs and the size should become consistent.

Hope that helps. If I’m misunderstanding what you’re needing or need more help, please let us know.

Hi mikestraw, thanks for your helpfulness in responding.

My problem is with the lay out paragraph numbering. It is supposed to be in different level of paragraph with different numbering order. For example,
    1.
    a.
    b.
    2.
    a.
    b.
But after it was sent out, it turned out to be:

    1.
    a.
    b.
    1.
    a.
    b.

The order is not what it was intended. I am not sure whether you can see my problem as demonstrated above.

Please take a look at my blog

At one glance, you would know the numbering sequence is not right.

    Hi, @chokjevon,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like you got your numbering straightened out – possible by just not having the lower-level numbers.

There are ways to make it work, although it depends on what you’re using to edit. If you still need help with this, let us know what editor you’re using and we’ll help you set up the lists!

    Hi mikestraw,

Yes, I got it out. Not straigthened because it is not my ideal, I have to resolve to compromise. But I know I would have to face it again in the future. Can you please teach me how to do it if there is a way out?

Normally I draft my article using MS Word. Copy and paste it to WordPress page there. I don’t mind if all the edited format didn’t carry over. Because I will edit or arrange them when they are on WordPress page.

So, is there anyway we can do multi-level numbering on WordPress?

    thanks for sharing.
