LayerSlider Not Working

    LayerSlider Version 7.6.8 | By Kreatura Media is not working/loading once I’ve done the update. When I click on a slider template to update, it just keeps loading and never gets to the page so I can many any edits.

    Hello there,

    To check, do you need help with: ppcog.com? If yes, this site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    I’m unfortunately unable to check the site and the slider, as it isn’t connected to our system here on WordPress.com. If you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan.     Layerslider support would ultimate need to fix this issue, but we usually do our best to point you in the right direction, with information so that we they can solve the issue – assuming we can’t spot anything obvious.
