  I am trying to have my blog displayed with the same layout for tablet as it is for desktop. So that the menu stays down the side.
  I am using pachyderm (free)
  Anyone who can help would be amazing!

  Pachyderm is a cute, clean, responsive theme.

  The mobile theme is a completely different theme.

  Know that responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading. Wehen we use a res^responsive layout theme we go to > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme
