I’m trying to change the way the posts are put in order and I can’t figure out how.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The default setting is the newest post first on a WordPress.com blog. Regular visitors to a site usually want to see what’s new and don’t want too much scrolling. You can move posts around by going to the post editor and changing dates. If you are making a blog that is book-like with chapters you can set posts into chronological order following these instructions:-
