  My website is http://www.tjsacks.com
  I used WordPress to create it years ago.
  Today, on several of my pages I can no longer see the RIGHT COLUMN in order to edit it. It is visible on the website–yet I can’t get to it to edit it on WordPress. This has been going on for some time now. I need an understanding of how to fix it.

  Hi @temisacks, actually your site isn’t hosted here on our servers, so we really can’t see the back end settings to help you troubleshoot.

  It looks like you’re using a custom theme, and widget areas are controlled by themes. So I’d recommend getting in touch with whoever helped you set that up, or head to https://wordpress.org/support for further help.
