layout different of my website on computer and phone

i have a title on my home page at the top which on a computer is corretly positioned but when i check on my phone or tablet it is not in the correct position, this does not look good and I do not understand how to fix this problem please help

and a few
Loose F e a t h e r sshould look like i just wrote it here
on the computer , phone and tablet
should look exactly the same but it does not -
